Jeff Stewart
With over twenty-five years of legal practices experience, Jeff C. Stewart is a seasoned attorney with a diverse legal background. Jeff represents individuals and businesses with a variety of estate planning, tax, real estate, and business issues.
Jeff provides a complete range of estate planning services and estate administration services including drafting wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable trusts, and special needs trusts. He also represents clients in creating legal entities in order to plan for family wealth transfers and business succession. In addition, Jeff’s background in federal, state, and local tax law enables him to advise clients on the income tax and federal and state estate tax implications of those estate plans and solutions.
Jeff also regularly advises clients on a variety of other legal issues ranging from drafting and negotiating business organization documents and joint venture documents, preparing and negotiating acquisition, financing, and lease documentation for residential and commercial real estate, drafting various business contracts, and advising as to United States federal, state, and local tax law. Jeff also serves as an outside general counsel for several business and non-profit clients for engagements involves basic contracts to multimillion dollar complex transactions.
